President Ruud will consult with the senate on issues of importance to the university, such as the current status of the performance based funding model and the efficiency study, as well as provide more information and the motivation for creating a Bachelors of Applied Science (BAS) degree. This session will occur at the head of the order on the October 13th meeting.

Therefore be it resolved that the senate will hold a consultative session with UNI President William Ruud at the head of the order on October 13th.
