Associate Provost Ginny Arthur and the Diversity Fellows -- Laura Kaplan and Victoria DeFrancisco would like an opportunity to provide a general outline of the diversity initiative Provost Gibson approved in consultation with the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI). We feel it is important to keep faculty leaders informed, especially since NISG called for such initiatives last spring.
