Facts:
The Awards Committee has met and selected the Regents Award for Faculty Excellence winners for this year. At this time, representatives of the committee are to inform the Senate in executive session. Excepting for highly unusual circumstances, the senate is to affirm the choices of the committee, at which point these names will be forwarded to the provost who in turn will notify the winners and the Board of Regents.
Action:
Therefore, be it resolved that the Faculty Senate will hold an executive session, preferably at the time of docketing and no later than one meeting after, in which to be informed of the selection of Regents Award for Faculty Excellence as made by the committee.
