1. The Faculty Senate has yet to receive a detailed report on the current status of, and future plans for, the UNI Museum, which is a valuable educational resource on campus.
2. UNI Museum Director Sue Grosboll has yet to be adequately consulted on decisions made about the museum, and on contingencies for its future.
Action:
Therefore be it resolved that the Senate devote 45 minutes, from 3:20-4:05, during its regular meeting on Monday, Sept 26, to hear a report from Director Grosboll about the current status of the museum and her recommendations regarding its future.
