Policy 10.08: University of Northern Iowa Policy on Distributed Learning and Intellectual Property Rights was last updated in 2003 (https://policies.uni.edu/1008). The Educational Policies Committee (EPC) proposed a set of “round #1” changes, and these were approved by the Faculty Senate on 4/26/21 (https://senate.uni.edu/current-year/current-and-pending-business/policy-...). At that time the Faculty Senate also requested some additional clarifications. The Faculty Senate Policy Committee (formerly the EPC) has assembled and attached a set of “round #2” changes.
