Facts
Historically, the library has not had voting rights on the University Curriculum Committee. The library would like to petition the University Faculty Senate to have voting rights on UCC. The library has voting rights on GCC already. In addition, the library is now teaching a number of credit-bearing courses and thus should be involved in setting curriculum of the university as all other academic colleges do. This is supported by the library faculty and the library's senator, Susan Moore.
