Merger of departments of Educational Psychology & Foundations and Educational Leadership & Postsecondary Education

The departments of Educational Psychology & Foundations and Educational Leadership & Postsecondary Education have voted to merge as one administrative unit under the title Department of Educational Psychology, Foundations and Leadership Studies. The merger and renaming of the departments will streamline administrative oversight, reduce organizational redundancy, and find new efficiencies with department operations and programmatic delivery. This is an administrative realignment and not a curricular change; no changes are being made to the programs within the departments. This action increases efficiency and no additional resources are needed. The change will allow new flexibility in college resources that will help create a unified department through office and support realignment.
