Emeritus request for approval by the Senate

The Senate is asked to approve an update to the Senate Bylaws.  Most of these changes were necessary in order to bring the bylaws into alignment with the updates the the Faculty Senate Constitution and to current docketing practices.  There are also some that address specific concerns brought up from various parties.

This is a substantial update of the Student Academics Ethics Policy.  Please read it closely!

This has been very long in the making. The primary focus is on faculty who engage in research or other scholarly misconduct.

Please review it carefully.

While the Procedures that implement this policy do not belong to the Senate, I've included a copy so Senators can see how they are being implemented. The Policy Committee gave significant input into the procedures.

This is primarily to bring the policy into line with the new curriculum process.
